parking regulations will be suspended on Monday, October 8th, for Columbus Day.
All other regulations, including parking meter regulations, will be in
effect. Those are only suspended on these major legal holidays: New
Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas.
