66TH PRECINCT COMMANDER PROMOTED

Deputy Inspector David A. Wall

Captain David A. Wall was promoted to Deputy Inspector (DI) this month. DI Wall has been the Commanding Officer of the 66th Precinct (Kensington, Borough Park, and Midwood) since January 2017.

Prior to his current appointment, he was the executive officer of the 71st Precinct (Crown Heights, Wingate, and Prospect Lefferts). Prior to that, he was the executive officer of the 72nd Precinct (Windsor Terrace and Sunset Park).  Since joining the NYPD in 1998, he has worked in a total of ten precincts, six of them in southern Brooklyn.
