ATTEMPTED KIDNAPPERS OF TEENAGE GIRL ARE BEING SOUGHT
The intended victim of a kidnapping--a fifteen-year-girl--thwarted the attempted crime last Friday, September 22nd, at about 2:30 p.m. A video of the attempted abduction is posted on Windsor Terrace Patch here.

The passenger is described as Asian, heavy-set, in her 30s, and with a tattoo of a bow on her lower back.
Anyone who has any information at all about this crime should call Detective Anthony Biondolillo at (718) 965-6336 or Detective Borough Brooklyn South at (718) 287-3239. The case number is 2017-1453. The complaint report number is 2017-072-05211.
