FOR MOMS: A "BODY BACK" CLASS AND A BEGINNERS "RUN CLUB"


Fit4Mom Brooklyn will be starting up a Body Back class and a Run Club for beginners, owner and operator AnnaCatherine Rutledge reports.

Body Back will start on Monday, September 28th, and run for seven weeks. This program is more than a workout; it's about helping women challenge themselves to reach their fullest potential. Aimed at moms who drop their kids off at school, this class will meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 9:20 a.m. at the 16th Street and Prospect Park Southwest entrance to the park. Body Back is a small group class for moms of any age who want to get their Body Back.


The KWT Run Club Start to Finish 5K program is a beginner running program for moms who have either never run before or who used to run but haven't since their baby was born. Strollers are welcome. It's a great program for women who need to get out of the house and get some exercise. The program will start on Sunday, October 4th, and will meet on Sundays at 8:00 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m.
