Learn the secrets of North Indian cooking and how to make delicious dishes...then enjoy the dinner. Bring a notebook so you can take the cooking secrets back home with you.

  • Roti
  • Lamb Roganjosh (lamb in onion, ginger, garlic, and tomato)
  • Palak Paneer (Indian cheese and onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and spinach)
  • Kulfi with Faluda (dessert)
