Saturday, November 3rd, 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Learn to prepare healthy and delicious Indian food from Mukti Banerjee in her hands-on cooking class, right in her kitchen. She will teach her students about the diverse types of Indian dishes and spices. 

Menu:

  • Salmon in Yogurt Sauce (onion, ginger, garlic, tomato)
  • Saag Paneer (Spinach and homemade Indian cheese)
  • Shrimp Malai Curry (Shrimp in coconut milk, onion, ginger, garlic sauce)
  • Vegetable Pulao (Basmati rice in carrots, onion, raisins, and cashews with other aromatic spices)

Price: $65.00 per person. Bring a friend and get a discount on your admission fee.
