"To honor our desire for world peace and the lives of those we lost," Friends of Kensington is sponsoring a prayer flag-making and a silent candlelight vigil on Sunday, September 11th.
The event is open to the public, and everyone is invited to participate. It will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held behind P.S. 230. Please use the entrance on Dahill Road.
Friends of Kensington also sponsored a candlelight vigil in Kensington to honor the life of young Leiby Kletzky.
