TAI CHI CLASSES AT NAMASTE YOGA

Tai Chi Classes
Sundays, May 1st through May 22nd, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The ancient art form of Tai Chi is beneficial to health and well-being. It's ideal for people with diabetes, back pain, arthritis, and osteoporosis. It also enhances the flow of energy (chi) within the meridians (energy channels). Learn breathing techniques to help with your day-to-day activities.

Teri Gorbea will teach a four-week Tai Chi series at Namaste Yoga of Kensington on four Sundays: May 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. The fee is $100 for the four-week series and $30 per class for drop-ins. Registration is required. Register by calling Namaste Yoga at (347) 533-6226 or 6227.
