We support changes to zoning policy through a comprehensive, considerate process – like City of Yes -not Arrow Linen’s one-off, development-rights cash grab.
That’s why we’re urging our neighbors and elected officials to support sustainable, contextual, affordable housing – not high rises.
We are available as a resource to other communities that find themselves in a position where they need to understand more about the rezoning process, how it impacts their neighborhoods, and how to organize effectively."
