Silver Alert issued 8/20/17 at 3:10 PM.
The NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Winston Reid, pictured above. He is a 74-year-old Black male from the Flatbush section of Brooklyn.
Description of Mr. Reid: 6'1" tall, 190 pounds, with a beard and short hair. Last seen wearing black hat, green polo shirt, shorts, and black sneakers.
Last seen on August 19th at approximately 4:00 p.m. in the area of East 21st Street and Dorchester Road, Brooklyn.
