MURDER OF CHILD-MURDERER'S BROTHER IN HIS HOME ON E. 2ND STREET

Tzvi "Jack" Aron, who had been missing since Tuesday, was found dead in his family home in Kensington at around 2:45 p.m. on Friday. He was a brother of Levi Aron, who is in prison for kidnapping eight-year-old Leiby Kletzky in 2011 and murdering and dismembering him in that house.

Yerachmiel Aron found his twenty-nine-year-old brother Tzvi stuffed into a basement closet, duct-taped and wrapped in a blanket. Tzvi had lived in the basement.

The police pronounced him dead on the scene. His death has been classified as a homicide. Tzvi had reportedly told police that someone had threatened him last month.

The Aron house is located at 466 E. 2nd Street in Kensington, between Avenue C and Cortelyou Road.
