MAKE DOGGIE DREAMS COME TRUE: VOTE FOR A DOG RUN IN THE PROSPECT PARK PARADE GROUND

A dog run at the Prospect Park Parade Grounds is on the ballot for Participatory Budgeting in Brooklyn Districts 39 and 40. We need your vote!

The time has come for action: We need your vote for Participatory Budgeting!

We are in the home stretch, and the dog run in Prospect Park Parade Ground can soon be a reality.
Councilmembers Brad Lander of District 39 and Mathieu Eugene of District 40 have included our dog run proposal on the ballot for this year's Participatory Budgeting (PBNYC), leaving the decision of funding up to the people of their districts. The PBNYC process gives New Yorkers the power to decide how to spend tax dollars in our neighborhoods.

Voting begins this Monday! PBNYC week kicks off on Saturday, March 26th, with voting in Districts 39 and 40 starting on Monday, March 28th, and running through Sunday, April 3rd. Any resident of the neighborhood, age 14 and up, has five votes to use toward any project on the ballot.

We have made so much progress since our early stages as an association. We hope to get the votes we need to finally bring a dog run to the neighborhood. Please go out and vote and thank you for spreading the word to your neighbors! Polling times and locations are listed below.
