The new shelter in Kensington now has a Christmas tree and decorations, courtesy of the 66th Precinct. Lieutenant Michael Andreano, formerly of that precinct, and Officer Joseph Vitella delivered the Christmas cheer to The Kensington today to help welcome its families to the neighborhood.
The Kensington houses families with children who, due to a variety of circumstances, currently find themselves without a place to live.
