A MAN HAS BEEN EXPOSING HIMSELF

A neighbor reports that there were two incidents in our neighborhood this week with a man who exposed himself on the train to a mom and some kids and then did the same in Foodtown.

He is about 35, very tall, fit, has dark skin and shoulder-length dreadlocks, and was wearing makeup and a gray trench coat. From what our neighbor gathers, he is also mentally ill and you should keep your distance if you see him.
