IT'S BAACK--ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING RETURNS

Alternate Side Parking regulations will go back into effect on Monday, February 24th.  The Sanitation Department employees will remove snow and clean the streets.

Payment at parking meters will be in effect throughout New York City.
