LACROSSE FOR GIRLS AND BOYS AGES FIVE TO FIFTEEN AT THE PARADE GROUNDS

Lacrosse Clinic
Saturday, August 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th,
from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Girls and boys ages five to fifteen of all skill levels are invited to participate in Brooklyn Battery Lacrosse Club's (BBLC) free clinics on four Saturdays in August, followed by the youth teams' fall and spring seasons. The clinics will be held at the Parade Grounds on Field 4. Sticks will be provided for participants to use.

BBLC founder Don Nocella is determined to help lacrosse overcome the long-time stigma of being associated solely with the upper class of society. The barrier of cost will be dealt with through such methods as equipment grants and financial assistance.

Online registration for the fall 2012 season is open. The cost is $175, but registering your child in July lowers it to $150 and gives your child a free one-year US Lacrosse membership.
