GROPED ON NEW YEAR'S EVE

On Sunday morning, January 1st (New Year's Eve), at 1:30 a.m., a woman on 4th Avenue near 19th Street was grabbed from behind by an assailant who touched her buttocks. The attacker ran away when the victim's boyfriend confronted him.

The victim is a white twenty-three-year-old. The suspect is described as male, Hispanic, twenty-five years old, weighing 150 to 175 pounds, with dark circles under his eyes and a buzz haircut. He wore a black hooded jacket (or hoodie) and black jeans and spoke accented English.
