John Sprung, a local Brooklynite, is an urban singer/songwriter with an edge, whose songs are filled with compassion, insight, wit, and love.

Named for the Southern Indian city of Hyderabad, the 'BåD plays a quirky and eclectic mix of covers and originals: Bollywood, spaghetti Western, and Yma Sumac mix with 60s exotica and classic cumbia. Featuring Kamala Sankaram, Timothy Quigley, Drew Fleming, Gil Smuskowitz, and Jeff Hudgins.
