FELONIES IN KENSINGTON REPORTED TO THE 66TH PRECINCT, MAY 30TH THROUGH JUNE 5TH

Four felonies were reported to the 66th Precinct for Kensington from May 30th through June 5th. The time of day was not included in the report we received; neither was the location of the robbery.
  • Grand Larceny: On June 1st, an unknown perpetrator removed a computer from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in front of 496 E. 4th Street, between Avenue C and Cortelyou Road. Nobody was arrested.
  • Robbery: On June 3rd, two unknown men approached a woman and demanded her purse. One man punched her in the face and the other man attempted to take her purse. They were unable to take it. No arrests were made.
  • Burglary: On June 3rd, a fifty-year-old man forced open the door to 515 E. 7th Street, between Avenue C and Cortelyou Road, and removed money from laundry machines. An arrest was made on the scene.
  • Assault: On June 4th, two men hit a thirty-two-year-old man on the head with a bat on the corner of Coney Island Avenue and Ditmas Avenue. Both criminals were arrested on the scene.
