Mukti Banerjee teaches Indian cooking in her teaching kitchen--a comfortable and relaxed setting designed to provide a forum for learning and exchanging thoughts and ideas. Learn about the diverse types of Indian dishes and spices. Cook, eat dinner, and bring your food home for the next day's lunch.

The menu for this Saturday is
  • Lamb korma with potatoes
  • Palak paneer: spinach, paneer (Indian cheese), onion, ginger, and other aromatic spices
  • Roti: Indian handmade bread
Cost: $40.00 per student.

RSVP on Mukti's meet-up site.  She can then make preparations based on the actual number of students participating.
