ASSAULT ON LOUISA STREET

Three young men--possibly teenagers--were beating up a man on Louisa Street at 10:00 this morning. A neighbor saw them and yelled, and the men ran away. The neighbor then called the police. The thugs stole the man's wallet and phone.
